Online Conversion Manager

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for an Online Conversion Manager to work for a large bank in San Francisco. This person will act as a liaison between technology and business groups to manage the conversion of a particular mortgage portfolio, including the online customer experience.
Responsibilities Include
Lead the execution and delivery of major initiatives in support of the integration of web-based, customer facing products, services and business operations.
Develop concepts and strategies to meet defined business objectives and priorities.
Manage a balanced program scope that considers business opportunity, customer impacts and needs, as well as constraints.
Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs and drivers, as well as secure resources and commitments for the defined scope.
Manage impact and opportunity assessment efforts across multiple business units.
Facilitate and resolve issues, risks and prioritization conflicts across multiple business groups to achieve the most effective channel outcome.
Create compelling presentations and clearly present relevant information and data to key stakeholders and senior level management.
Skills Required
10+ years of online product management experience within the financial services
Experience in strategic business planning with proven abilities in complex problem solving
Strong experience in web-based, customer facing technology implementations and updates
Thorough understanding of business process and sensitivity to the customer experience
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders with different points of view
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, including MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint


Timing: 6+ months, 30 hours/week
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco, CA, onsite
