#1Client Solutions Manager, Care Plan Team

* The ideal candidate will have a mix of account management skills and product management expertise, a strong customer experience background and solid technical skills.
* 5+years Product Management / Marketing/ Design experience in a consumer website environment.
* Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and communications skills.
* Energetic, self directed and solutions-oriented individualto help care plan authors (MDs, hospitals, health content providers, pharma companies) bring great plans to market.
* You’ll be the relationship manager, driving care plan creation from ideation to design to implementation.

#2Care Plan Program Manager, Care Plan Team

* 5+years ofProgram Management / Product Mgmt experience in online environments
* Programming experience with HTML/CSS or complex expressions /logic a must
* Experience managing development/ operations functions.
* Lead and scale the development of Keas care plans.

* Hire, train and manage a growing team of technical care plan developers but also be willing to lead by example, getting your hands dirty and coding care plans directly.
* Create and manage the care plan application roadmap; quickly identify common frameworks; work with engineering to build standardized templates to build care plans faster/easier.
* Program manage cross-care plan production and operational capabilities.

Develop care plans directly, become an expert in our care plan application, and do what it takes to deliver care plans on time.  Drive down the cost and time to get a care plan to market by identifying common plan patterns, creating templates/wizards, and improving the authoring application’s ease of use.  Extract care plan platform requirements (new features and enhancements) from the client
solutions team; feed requirements into the development pipeline.  Provide direct support to clients who are building their care plans directly (training, troubleshooting, coaching.)  Create and manage care plan platform roadmap in conjunction with development team.  Program manage cross-care plan production and operational activities including care plan bug fixes, maintenance, plan releases, QA and sprint coordination.  Provide tools to client solutions team to make care plan design more efficient. We are conducting a search for a Mac OS X Software Developer for an established, well-funded, pre-IPO company that already has 150 employees and sales in the tens of millions of dollars. The person hired will develop an SSL VPN client for the Mac OS X platform using Objective C and the Cocoa framework. They are flexible on the employment arrangement and can work on a Contract, Regular or Contract-to- hire basis.

As an added bonus, there may also be an opportunity to port the finished application to the iPhone platform.

Requirements

- Full life cycle commercial quality Mac OS X software development
