Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work for a large multinational company that is a leading innovator and designer of consumer electronics and software products in Cupertino, CA. This individual will be responsible for managing high-level, large scale, complex, and cross-functional projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities Include
Design and develop approaches to ensure the strategic direction of projects is in-line with business objectives.
Work with the business lead and users to create quality business requirements to capture the business process flow.
Participate in working sessions and interviews to define business needs/pain points to be addressed, identify root causes.
Create and review project proposals/plans, set project objectives, complete cost/benefit analysis.
Manage the scope and change requests, plan and direct timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Analyze, interpret and derive meaning from data to identify and develop contingency plans to mitigate and address risks.
Implement change management activities and drive benefits realization as well as meeting milestones and budget targets.
Oversee projects from initiation through delivery for continuous improvement and track projects against major milestones and adjust as needed.
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to communicate key project objectives and steps to ensure buy-in.
Skills Required
7+ years cross-functional program management, business process and data analysis experience working on complex and cross-functional projects.
Superb knowledge of the key components of full project lifecycle, associated tools and methodologies, including: scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and integration.
Monitor and create status reports for vendor evaluation and selection.
Excellent Visio, MS Project, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint skills.

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Social Marketing Consultant to work for a boutique management consulting firm specializing in helping companies improve customer engagement via social media, online communities, and influencer programs. Consultant will work alongside proven practitioners guiding organizations through the process of transforming customer experience and brand engagement by activating and embedding customer voice in every aspect of their business.

Responsibilities Include
Create web analytic dashboards and interpret the data to generate recommendations for social media plans focused on the customer experience.
Partner with client teams to help the client understand the value of social media and how it will impact the customer experience for a brand.
Guide clients through issue definition and project plan development.
Integrate broad sets of data into frameworks which can then be used to produce insights and develop strategy.
Research and write client deliverables for strategy and implementation programs.
Review deliverables with clients to consistently gain buy-in and understanding prior to executive presentations.
Assess and manage risk throughout all aspects of a client engagement.

Skills Required
2+ years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, and/or Strategy Consulting.
1+ years experience delivering significant business results through online engagement strategies, including community management, social media leadership, or influencer programs (specifically experience with applying social media and/or web 2.0 technologies to solve challenging business problems).
Significant experience in data analytics, testing and visualization techniques.
Experience project managing medium/large scale, multi-phased client engagements or product/service launches.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to present effectively to executive audience.

Description
We are looking for a Desktop Publisher to join our Marketing Communications Team.
Your main responsibilities will be to produce technical documents and coordinate the production process. You will:
• Design and edit Product Datasheets, Evaluation Board Documentation, Application Notes, Package Information Sheets, manuals and other technical documents in Adobe InDesign
• Edit incoming information for clarity, grammar, spelling and formatting, verify information sources
• Proof outgoing documents for completion of edits and formatting
• Maintain production and document control database
• Drive the approval process and disposition of finished documents

Requirements
Ideally, you have the following qualifications:
• BS/BA in Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of desktop publishing and technical publications management experience.
• Electrical Engineering background a plus
You are proficient in inDesign, Illustrator and MS Office applications and have a good knowledge of Visio.
You exhibit strong attention to detail and are comfortable with defined processes.
Communication is easy for you and you know how to achieve set goals.
