Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Design Manager for a leading enterprise software company in Santa Clara, CA. This individual will be responsible for managing and contributing to the redesign of the company’s website.
Responsibilities Include
Manage all phases of web production including banner ads, promotional imagery, stock photography and other production related tasks.
Create and execute concepts for interactive media, including web sites and presentations.
Leverage strong visual style and thorough understanding of typography, layout, color, usability, and information architecture to create sleek, clean designs.
Lead the development of standards, methodologies and repeatable processes for delivery of creative services.
Collaborate with fellow designers and act as a resource and a mentor as appropriate.
Partner cross-functionally and act as liaison between the creative services team and other areas of the marketing group.

Skills Required

7+ years of web design experience within enterprise software or design agency environments. Must have strong design skills and the ability to create crisp, clean designs.
Must have solid understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, brand adherence and a creative approach to solving design problems.
Demonstrated success concepting, designing and implementing new corporate visual identities.
Must be a team leader with strong communication skills and the ability to present concepts and design ideas at Sr. Executive level.
Must be self-disciplined, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proven experience creating and implementing design style guidelines and standards.
Expert knowledge of and proficiency in professional graphics and interactive software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Fireworks and Dreamweaver.
A strong portfolio, available for viewing, demonstrating ability to produce sleek, user-friendly, creative and thoughtful designs.


Timing: 3 months with opportunity to convert to FTE, 40 hrs (5 days)

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Project Manager to work for a large multinational company that is a leading innovator and designer of consumer electronics and software products in Cupertino, CA. This individual will be responsible for managing complex, and cross-functional ERP implementation project.

Responsibilities Include
Work with the business lead and users to create quality business requirements to capture the business process flow.
Create and review project proposals/plans, set project objectives, complete cost/benefit analysis.
Manage the scope and change requests, plan and direct timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Implement change management activities and drive benefits realization as well as meeting milestones and budget targets.
Oversee projects from initiation through delivery for continuous improvement and track projects against major milestones and adjust as needed.
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to communicate key project objectives and steps to ensure buy-in.
Manage and drive deliverables for a global team.
Skills Required
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects including ERP implementation or similar planning solution
Must have experience with Supply Chain Management
Superb knowledge of the key components of full project lifecycle, associated tools and methodologies, including: scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and integration
Monitor and create status reports for vendor evaluation and selection
Familiarity with Mac platform

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Marketing Manager to work for a large consumer oriented, products and services company in Walnut Creek/San Leandro, CA. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing a broad range of traditional and guerilla marketing initiatives for natural stone and tile products distributed through specialty and traditional retailers.

Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute marketing plans to deliver against the brand’s annual revenue and profit commitments.
Create highly effective marketing and business building initiatives based on a deep understanding of channels of distribution and the needs of end-users.
Participate in developing annual volume, revenue and spending targets; manage marketing spend, collaborate with sales to deliver against revenue objectives, identify and recommend other actions to deliver against targets.
Develop and recommend near and long-term business objectives and strategies, identifying business building opportunities and new product opportunities.
Manage advertising, promotion, and PR strategies, creative executions and media plans consistent with overall brand and business strategies.
Ensure that all brand marketing strategies and tactics are rooted in a strong understanding of targets (end-user/trade).

Skills Required:
5+ years of B2C strategic and tactical marketing experience within the consumer packaged goods industry with traditional retail classes of trade (home-center, mass, grocery, etc.)
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated collaborative team skills

Skills Preferred:
Experience with stone, tile and building materials distribution channels
On-line marketing experience

This individual will be providing support to the Channel Marketing team, executing day to day activities and managing key logistics of the Marketing Development Fund (MDF).

Responsibilities Include
Assist with day to day budget management and MDF administration, including reporting and analysis.
