Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Junior Account Manager to work for a marketing services agency in Mill Valley, CA. This individual will support a VP with various account management activities, and could potentially lead to an Account Manager position. This client is seeking candidates who have a passport and can travel to Europe on May 9th.

Responsibilities Include
Take detailed notes during meetings with marketing executives, aggregate the key points, then create a summary in Excel or PowerPoint.
Set up meetings and shadow in-person meetings at key client sites.
Support client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are on track.
Organize and plan events.

Skills Required
2-3 years of marketing, advertising or consulting experience with strong analytical skills
Must be energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong verbal and written communication skills with great client presence

Responsibilities Include:
Lead and expand the business development and fundraising efforts to meet annual and multi-year goals.
