Jr online marketing manager

Jr. Online Marketing Project Manager to work for the largest U.S. travel agency. This individual will execute integrated online marketing programs and campaigns in line with overall corporate and travel product line goals, strategies and positioning.

Responsibilities Include
Implement and deliver high impact customer-centric travel email marketing programs and campaigns on time and on budget to support and drive the stakeholder's business objectives.
Support business partners in executing multiple, flawless e-mail and banner campaigns to promote partner programs and drive revenue. Assist with developing e-mail copy.
Work with core management team in all phases of creative development and production in support of projects.
Help monitor performance of all email programs.
Analyze competitive marketing and advertising intelligence to validate existing parameters and establish need for new programs/projects.
Prepare ad hoc reports/presentations on projects, programs, market conditions and other topics.
Assist with various web projects such as offer content, banner development and ad hoc needs.

Skills Required
5+ years of B:C direct marketing experience, specifically with email marketing programs.
Outstanding project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under extremely tight timelines.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders with different points of view.
Experience with spreadsheet modeling, report creation and trend forecasting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills Preferred
Knowledge of email delivery systems and procedures.
Travel experience.
DMA certification.

Responsibilities Include

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, capture user interactions (i.e. screens and windows), outputs (i.e. reports and forms), interfaces and general systems requirements; assisted by the IT Lead.
Work closely with the business owners, technology and systems teams to build out architecture.

Skills Required
5+ years of experience doing business process work within financial services with technical deliverables.
Experience utilizing business process methodologies, i.e. six sigma, ISO, capability maturity modeling, Malcolm Baldrige, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a disciplined approach to work, conscientious with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include
Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. May perform economic research and studies in the areas of revenue/expense, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of contractual agreements.
