Sage Consulting Associates is looking for an Analytics Manager to work at a leading Bay Area biotech company. This position will be responsible for providing systems, analytical, and strategic support to teams and other stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities Include

Support portfolio analytics and insights for key stakeholders.
Support implementation of a new system for portfolio management data and oversee change management.
Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, quality check and scenario modeling project.
Contribute to executive level presentations in collaboration with Sr. Directors and VP.
Support global portfolio prioritization, goal setting, annual lifecycle plan (ALP), quarterly forecast updates, and business planning processes.
Represent the department in corporate wide initiatives.
Assist executive management with budget and resource planning, helping to ensure decisions are aligned with portfolio priorities.
Provide problem framing and gap analyses to enable management to make informed and timely decisions, including corporate goal setting and portfolio optimization.

Skills Required

5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or strategy planning and analytics within the biotech/pharma/healthcare industry.
Strong analytic skills and complex problem solving ability
Proven success building and leading cross-functional partnerships and ability to influence without authority
Superb ability to draw conclusions from analytics and articulate the key findings to management and teams
Strong project management skills and ability to consistently meet strict deadlines
Demonstrated skills in writing executive level presentations
Expertise with Excel, Power Point, and scenario modeling
Evidence of strong strategic thinking, communication, analytical, planning and organizational skills required

Skills Preferred

Advance degree in business or a related field
Experience in market planning, management consulting, business development, R&D drug development


Timing: 6+ months, 40 hours/5 days
Start: ASAP
Location: South San Francisco, CA, onsite
