Responsibilities Include
Gather, compile and interpret metrics from a number of sources, and translate them into reports (EXCEL) for the sales and strategy teams.
Undertake basic analytics, identify insights and developing recommendations from marketing and sales data.
Create PowerPoint presentations to succinctly display metrics and communicate findings and recommendations.

Skills Required
5+ years of data analysis experience working with sales and marketing organizations, providing metrics reporting and basic data analysis.
Proven history synthesizing and analyzing different types of data from multiple sources into comprehensive data points.
Polished PowerPoint skills and a talent for designing creative ways to present metrics that clearly delineate findings.

Skills Preferred
Financial services experience.
SAS, Access, and Clementine experience.

Responsibilities Include
Manage strategy and tactical client experience integration efforts for the wealth management group, comprised of private banking, investment management and retirement.
Develop and revise project plans working with business and channel partners to identify and document open issues and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet deadlines.
Responsible for end-to-end project management.
Develop and implement project communication plans.

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work for a healthcare insurance company in San Francisco. Consultant will develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.

Responsibilities Include
Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. May perform economic research and studies in the areas of revenue/expense, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of contractual agreements.
Summarize detailed revenue/expense data; compare summarized claim data against fee schedules and contracts.
Produce contract performance reports, model reimbursement rates, evaluate financial contract modifications and compile and monitor key managed care statistics.
Research and prepare evaluations on a variety of projects/problems (financial, statistical, operational and cost/benefit analyses).
Develop financial models, collect and evaluate data, analyze results and make recommendations.

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work for a healthcare insurance company in San Francisco. Consultant will implement, support and improve the quality of the Hyperion financial reporting, Essbase cost allocation models, planning and forecasting systems.

Responsibilities Include
Own and drive business logic and processes for Actual/Forecast/Plan cost allocations.
Validate and reconcile data for Actual/Forecast/Plan cost allocations.
Provide cost allocation analysis.
Create financial models and conduct ad hoc analysis for senior management.
Interface with senior level business leaders regarding financial information.
Conduct monthly variance analysis and reporting for the business.
Analyze processes for improvements.
Provide Hyperion Essbase production support, including monthly data loads in Essbase reporting database, use HAL routines to update Essbase outlines for month end close, run batch jobs to run cost allocation process, and maintain drivers/assumptions in cost allocation Essbase database.

Skills Required
3 to 5 years experience in FP&A with strong experience with cost allocation models.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with Hyperion products including:
Experience in Hyperion System 9 version
Experience in the creation, modification, and support of Essbase calculation and report scripts, load rules, Esscmds, and report scripts
Strong Excel and Essbase Skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

* Gather all existing documents and ensure formatting and

Online Project Manger Creative Consultant

contractor position open for our Online Marketing area. We are looking for an Online Project Manager Creative Consultant to work in downtown San Francisco. Below is the job description. Creative Project Manager Consultant

As a member of the Online Marketing team you will serve as a liaison for
creative development for our online marketing assets. You will collaborate with developing and improving upon processes for how the online marketing team interfaces with the creative development group and agencies. Your involvement will streamline and expand the communication between various groups across the Internet Services Group and Lines of Business, as well as multiple levels of management.

Primary responsibility is to project manage the creative development request and approval processes related to the marketing assets used on the Wells Fargo internet platforms.

Creative Development (approx. 80%) project responsibilities will include:

· Manage creative development, and communications for inbound marketing
assets (banners, jump pages, splash pages, etc.)

· Coordinate timelines and create calendars for development and ensure
adherence. Scheduling is very important, so being able to juggle is necessary.

· Effectively interface with Marketing Managers, Online Marketing Team,
Legal and Compliance, Lines of Business, and the Creative Development group for
creative development, approval, and upload process

· Provide creative guidance from an online marketing perspective (e.g.
tones, graphics, verbiage)

Creative Development Process Definition (approx. 30%) campaign execution
responsibilities will include:

. Work with our 3rd party advertising agency. Keeping them on track with our needs.

· Collaborate in re-engineering creative development process

· Effectively communicate modified process to impacted team members and
management


Qualifications:

– Work experience: internet-related marketing including online campaign
development, execution, and tracking (utilizing banner, splash, third-party, email, etc.)

– Experience with developing and managing timelines, schedules and
deadlines

– Detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task across various
projects with simultaneous deliverable deadlines

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as well
strong experience with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

– Experience with online marketing agency or previous experience working for an ad agency or similar is required.
