Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Project
Manager to work for a large bank in downtown San
Francisco. This Consultant will be responsible for the
marketing strategy and business preparedness side of
their rollout of remote deposit capture service to
small business customers.

Responsibilities Include
Overall project management of various business
processes to ensure a successful launch including:
planning, execution, monitoring and control, and
project close.
End-to-end oversight of the business project plan and
related tasks.
Keep the project documentation up to date, report
scope creep, apply change and if necessary re-evaluate
time frames.
Build and maintain project documentation with tools
such as MS Project and MS Visio.
Create and distribute status reports and meeting notes
including progress, next steps, risks, issues and
scope changes.

Skills Required
5-10 years experience launching new products within
the financial services industry.
Experience managing all aspects of a launch including
sales strategy, pilot rollouts, pricing strategy,
product development, training, etc.
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a
heavily matrixed environment.
Ability to create and implement launch strategies for
large product rollouts.
A solid conceptual understanding of common web based
architecture and technology principles as good context
for common project activities and tasks.

Skills Preferred
Prior experience in consumer retail financial
services, specifically with payment products.
Project Management certifications.

Timing: 3-6+ months, 40 hrs (5 days) per week
Start: ASAP
Location: downtown San Francisco; onsite
Hourly rate: $69-$78 as W-2; ($80-$90 if S-Corp/LLC)
