Job description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic direction of various marketing programs focused
on acquisition, including online marketing (Affiliates, advertising,
SEM and SEO), email marketing campaigns and promotions
• Lead strategy, development, implementation and program analysis for
the all online advertising.
• Implement and track new online marketing partnerships
• Recommend and develop strategies to support aggressive business
growth
• Interact regularly with product marketing team and cross-channel
representatives as required
• Own all business metrics for customer expansion, provide analysis
and insight to produce successful marketing programs and improve
efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience marketing consumer internet products or
services.
• A strong foundation in direct marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Must be self motivated and able to drive and run programs
independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize
effectively and meet deadlines within a high speed environment,
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop recommendations
• Financial services industry knowledge and experience preferred
• Thrives in an extremely fast paced, results driven environment.
• BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
