Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Medical Record Review Abstractor to work for a healthcare company in San Francisco. Consultant will perform medical record abstraction and enter findings into database.

Responsibilities Include
Identify pursuit opportunities & track progress.
Call provider offices and hospitals to request medical records.
Call members to identify date and provider of HEDIS service.
Input call results in database.
Coordinate with collector and manage caseload.
Communicate with team members to effectively manage project assignment.

Skills Required
3+ years of demonstrated experience working with medical records.
Strong working knowledge of PCs and related software applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Strong medical and auditing background.
Strong analytical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Timing: 5 months, 32 hrs per week
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco; onsite
Hourly rate: TBD as W-2; (TBD if S-Corp/LLC)
