Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Conversion Project Manager to work for a large bank in downtown San Francisco. This individual will to oversee the portfolio conversion strategy and process for the line of credit portfolio for small businesses. They will drive projects and the marketing programs to help ensure the best customer experience during the conversion process.

Responsibilities Include
Oversee a number of projects associated with moving business line of credit customers from one product to another.
Partner very closely with the customer management team to develop and implement all the necessary sub-projects to facilitate a successful portfolio conversion.
Work with key business partners in Operations, Customer Service, Risk Management, and Systems to address and manage issues related to the portfolio conversion process.
Continuously re-evaluate conversion plan based on new developments or changes that may occur to ensure project stays on track.
Develop/determine reporting infrastructure to track conversion progress on a frequent basis.
Use advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills to develop and evaluate solutions to a range of portfolio conversion issues.

Skills Required
8+ years project management experience within the financial services industry.
Prior experience with credit portfolio conversions.
Proven project management skills, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact and articulate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Strong analytical skills, including evaluating changes and the resulting impacts on the overall conversion strategy, ensuring that the product requirements are being met and executed.
Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.

Timing: 8+ months, 40 hrs (5 day) per week
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco; onsite
Hourly rate: TBD as W-2; (n/a if S-Corp/LLC)
