Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to work for a financial services company in downtown San Francisco. Consultant will be supporting a variety of direct marketing initiatives helping to raise the bar with creative quality, results-driven marketing and organizational processes.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage and implement multiple integrated direct marketing projects to retail and institutional clients, including new product launches, direct mail, e-mail, collateral, print and online advertising, events and client communications.
Work on communications targeted to the National Full Service/Warehouse firms.
Analyze data selected for each project and fully understand how that data is being used to support the communications objective of the campaign.
Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance and internal and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time with high-quality creative and copy, and an integrated look and feel.
Understand the results of the projects and report to the business.

Skills Required:
5-6 years of direct response marketing experience within the financial services industry, specifically with mutual funds and/or other investment products.
Results driven individual with emphasis on test-learn-refine.
Outstanding project management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work at different levels, including strategic and tactical implementation.

Timing: 6 months, 40 hrs (5 days) per week
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco; onsite
Hourly rate: TBD as W-2; (n/a if S-Corp/LLC)
