senior online client marketing manager

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Senior
Online Client Marketing Manager to work for a
financial services firm in downtown San Francisco.
This Consultant would be part of the Online Marketing
team focused on engaging and deepening relationships
with existing clients as well as client
retention/loyalty, through targeted messaging/offers
and core content on the company website. This position
reports to the Director of Online Client Marketing,
and will collaborate with a broad scope of business
partners across the firm, including Segment Managers,
Product Managers, Marcom, Channel Platform Managers
and creative agencies.

Responsibilities Include
Manage the online marketing strategy and plans for
certain core products.
Work with Product Managers, Segment Managers, Marcom
Managers and creative agency to create messaging and
offers.
Leverage targeted messaging technology to optimize
marketing response rates, and "best offer" by client
segment, in order to maximize client relationship.
Manage creation and enhancements to online web content
experiences.
Design test plans for ongoing optimization.
Own goals/metrics for key web channel products.
Manage creative development process from brief to
execution.

Skills Required
6+ years of marketing experience, preferably
client-based marketing and/or product marketing; at
least 2-3 years of relevant online experience.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing web
content experiences, as well as online
marketing/advertisi ng/ promotional programs,
especially in organizations with a direct sales force.
Experience in direct response marketing, including
designing and implementing effective test/learn
processes for marketing optimization.
Excellent project management and communication skills;
with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a
highly matrixed/cross- functional environment.
Bachelors degree.

Timing: 6 months (temp to perm), 40 hrs (5 days) per
week
Start: ASAP
Location: downtown San Francisco; onsite
Hourly rate: $61-65 as W-2; ($67-72 if S-Corp/LLC)
