Title: Business Analyst

Work Location: Salt Lake City UT / San Francisco, CA / Minneapolis, MN (Consultant will be working in any one of the location, there is 40% travel involved, expenses paid for those travel)

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $ 54 per hour

Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 10+ years experience

Scope of Job:

·        Facilitate requirement sessions with subject matter experts to collect business requirements

·        Write Business Requirement documents for approval and technical team designers.  Including conducting walkthrough meetings of the produced documents with impacted technical system groups, testing groups, servicing groups and business groups.

·        Identify any custom forms and reports

·        Identify all interfaces to other systems

·        Complete mapping for conversions

·        Identify system hierarchy and system configuration as needed

·        Separate from conversion mapping

·        Assist during training events for call center and service center

·        Report status or issues weekly
