Job description:
Marketing Program Manager
Do you love marketing and want to help shape the commercialization of
technology in the fast developing desktop virtualization space? We're
looking for a marketing programs manager who has the experience designing
and executing both online and off-line demand generation programs. We
want a creative professional to define innovative ways to educate IT
decision makers and buyers about moka5's services. You will work with
product management and sales team to understand lead generation
requirements on an on-going basis and develop a marketing plan, promotions
calendar and campaign mix. Through those programs, you will both attract new
customers and deeply engage with existing customers. You will test new
marketing programs, including new online marketing options, and adjust
your tactics based on campaign effectiveness. This is a great
opportunity for anyone with aspirations to be a leader in how to execute B to C
and B to B technology marketing.
Job Objective: To drive marketing awareness, lead, and adoption
generation programs targeted at small and medium enterprise businesses. (This
position reports to the VP of Marketing)
The primary responsibilities of this position are the following:
Overall demand generation planning.
Promotion calendar and campaign mix planning.
Programs budgeting and campaign performance tracking.
Developing creative assets and tools.
Managing and executing programs and planning and running awareness and
lead generation initiatives.
Proactively work with product management, sales, and business
development to get alignment on targets and programs to best drive sales
results.
Requirements/Skills:
BS/BA in business, marketing, or social sciences.
4+ years in the business technology market and broad knowledge of IT
systems, including SaaS.
4+ years planning and executing marketing programs with experience
managing a marketing budget.
Hands-on experience with website analytics, and tracking and reporting
tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
Strong project management skills and experience, including managing
external creative agencies and events vendors. International project
experience is a plus.
Passion for technology, creativity to think outside the box and
leadership to execute effectively.
Exceptionally communicator, capable of working effectively across
functions.
A high level of professionalism, passion, ethics, confidence and
commitment.
Strong organizational skills and customer focused.
Flexibility in regards to work schedule and travel.
