Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Director of Program Management for an international imaging company in Emmeryville, CA. This individual will be a key member of a highly motivated product development team and will be responsible for creating and driving the product development and commercialization processes for the online portion of the business.
Responsibilities Include

Develop processes for the planning, implementation and delivery of projects that enable product discovery and drive efficiency; increasing the number of products and services provided by the team.
Implement new product development processes and drive the strategy to ensure policies/procedures are communicated in an effective, scalable way to team members.
Establish new engineering processes and milestone process for both waterfall and agile development processes.
Develop a robust triage process for bugs and other critical customer issues.
Manage the program portfolio by defining the intake/initiation process for new programs and prioritizing the portfolio to ensure the highest priority programs are getting the necessary attention and resources.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by proactively anticipating problems and building risk mitigation plans to resolve issues as they arise and/or escalating to senior management when necessary.
Present high-level program status updates to senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
Act as an evangelist for the program management function within the company and establish a program management organization (PMO).
Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Direct and oversee 2-4 senior program managers (and contractors as necessary) as well as recruiting, on-boarding, mentoring of team, and writing/conducting performance evaluations.
Skills Required

15+ years of program management experience in software, consumer internet services, or web application industries.
5+ years experience running program management teams and managing senior-level technical program or product managers.
Proven experience establishing milestones and roadmaps for technical and strategic products within both waterfall and agile development environments.
Demonstrated success managing projects, programs and PMO groups for a broad range of business functions including experience delivering complex marketing, product, sales, customer service and operations projects.
Advanced skill sets in communication, presentation, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills with a natural ability to articulate information to both technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels
Proven leadership skills and successful track record of implementing new processes and department-wide change.
Significant experience bringing cross-functional teams together around a common business goal.
Strong knowledge of how to buildand run a program management office (PMO).
Familiarity with web technologies including JavaScript, basic HTML and web analytic software and presentation players.
Skills Preferred
PMP or PgMP certification.
Management experience within a startup or mid-sized company (300 employees or fewer).

Specific Responsibilities:
#Plan and execute our online demand generation program from start to finish. This involves responsibility for the following:
#Budget, timeline, topics, speakers, assets
#Creative deliverables such as copy and advertising

Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Marketing will be a key member of the APTTUS team and
