Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Product/Loyalty Marketing Manager to work for a large financial services firm in the Bay Area. This individual will be responsible for developing and optimizing credit card loyalty program offers targeting affluent consumers in “passion” categories such as travel, entertainment, sports.

Responsibilities Include
Work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, legal, technology, and outside partners to evaluate opportunities, define key deal points, and manage implement of various loyalty programs.
Manage multiple loyalty programs and partnerships simultaneously while ensuring flawless execution and project management.
Perform competitive analysis to understand and keep abreast of affluent consumer credit product landscape.
Manage external vendors and partner relationships to further credit card loyalty programs.
Create compelling PowerPoint documents to evangelize and rationalize programs to senior management and key stakeholders.

Skills Required
10+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience in the financial services space.
Must have proven experience and sucessful track record with product loyalty or marketing programs within a financial organization.
Proven track record of flawlessly executing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and many moving parts.
Strategic thinker with exceptional business and analytical acumen.
Ability to communicate cross functionally and influence team members.
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Skills Preferred
Management Consulting Experience.
