Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Recruiter for a large healthcare insurance provider in San Francisco, CA. This individual will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to define their talent needs and providing best-in-class recruiting services.
Responsibilities Include

Manage full cycle recruitment process in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment including: developing position descriptions, posting ads, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling in-person interviews and conducting reference checks.
Provide a consultative approach to recruiting by working with hiring managers to develop recruiting and sourcing (passive and active) strategies including: cold calling, online searches, networking and job fairs.
Keep hiring managers apprised of each requisition’s status and provide written summaries of top candidates.
Prepare offer letters and manage offer negotiations.
Communicate company values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits and other areas of interest to prospective candidates in a compelling manner.
Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment laws.

Skills Required

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within all skill sets of IT.
Proven ability to set and achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals and to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise judgment and to work independently with little direction.
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using Internet search tools, applicant tracking systems, database programs and online job boards.

Skills Preferred
Agency recruiting experience preferred.
AIRS and/or PHR certification preferred.
Experience recruiting a range of Finance professionals including Actuarial candidates preferred.


Timing: 2 months with the opportunity to convert to FTE, 40 hrs (5 days)
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco, CA, onsite
