marcom project manager

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a MarCom
Project Manager to work for a financial services firm
in downtown San Francisco. This Consultant will be
responsible for managing the creation of marketing
materials for educational training workshop forums, as
well as implementing integrated marketing
communication plans.

Responsibilities Include
Manage the creation of educational training workshop
marketing materials for advisors, which should
encourage participation, inform and educate with site
materials and follow-up on momentum and impact of
workshop.
Implement integrated marketing communication plans
including print and online advertising, email, direct
mail, sales collateral, and website development.
Project manage the creative development process. Write
creative briefs, manage creative agency, work with
internal business partners and legal/compliance, and
manage production.
Monitor and track programs against business goals to
gauge success.
Oversee the overall client experience in terms of
content, style, quality, brand and frequency of
messaging/contacts to clients.

Skills Required
8-15 years of marketing experience creating and
executing multi-channel promotional programs.
Experience working with direct marketing and/or
advertising agencies (agency and/or client side).
Outstanding project management, organizational and
interpersonal skills.
History of managing to budgets.
Ability to manage changing requirements and short
timelines as well as multiple overlapping projects
consecutively.

Skills Preferred
Experience with training content for educational
workshops.
Financial services experience.
Experience in B:B marketing.

Timing: 12 months, 40 hrs (5 days) per week
Start: ASAP
Location: downtown San Francisco; onsite
Hourly rate: $70-$81 as W-2; ($79-$90.50 if
S-Corp/LLC)
