Community Relations Manager

We are looking for Product Managers to join our dynamic team.

Outspark is currently looking for a Community Relations Manager. Are you already part of the gaming community and want to get paid for it? Have you created Fansites/Fan communities in the past? Do you follow gaming sites on Twitter? Have you moderated game communities before? There are a lot of fun and interesting things from Outspark, and we want you to spread the word.

This particular community role is focused on our out of game community initiatives on multiple games.

Responsibilities:

3 to 4 years of professional experience managing gaming communities
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong work ethic
Deep understanding of the Internet as a communication tool. Familiarity with different communication formats (traditional news sites, blogs, forums) along with their advantages and limitations
Strong understanding of the gaming market
Desire to work in a small company environment where hard work is expected, a willingness to be social and have fun is a definite bonus, and good ideas are encouraged and rewarded
Requirements:

Drive Marketing & Promotion of our portal and individual games – existing games and new game releases (CBT/OBT)
Drive viral marketing by implementing on promotions/events and giveaways (requires some project management and online marketing knowledge)
Post on 3rd party forums, blogs, editorial and game related sites
Contribute to in-house gamer programs (VIP, Rewards, Tools/Functionalities)
Develop engaging guidebooks and articles for internal and external web publication
Establish creative methods to engage users within gaming community
Establish partnerships with related sites for content distribution and exposure
Manage Outspark SNS profiles and community presence
Status: Full Time
