We are a global advertising agency with several offices around the world including, here, in San Francisco. We offer fully integrated brand, design, and advertising services that, most often, incorporate digital and interactive media. Over the last year or so, the digital media side of our business has grown considerably and now comprises most of our output (here in SF). To this end, we are seeking an Integrated Management Supervisor to join our growing Creative Services team.

What you will be doing:

* Elevating a brand, executing project deliverables, establishing & defending the client brands vision. and you harbor a passion for interaction design.
* Work closely with the account services team and be expected to grow new business, develop solid client relationships, and contribute to the development of digital and cross-marketing strategies leveraging customer insights, competitive analysis, industry analysis and your general knowledge of business strategy
* Create and deliver integrated strategic marketing solutions (based on best practices, industry benchmarks, and key metrics) that strengthen a clients market distinction and competitive position online
* Develop business cases and ROIs for various business purposes, including direct response advertising campaigns, marketing programs, campaign options, and application development efforts
* Develop customer targeting (segmentation) , customer acquisition, retention and conversion strategies
* Participate in, and often lead, the development and delivery of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities
* Stay ahead of industry and medium trends and promote continual brand strategy improvement along with a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
* Prepare analysis and tracking of marketplace, technology and audience behavior trends
* Possess an in depth understanding of web analytics and be able to interpret data, develop key insights and assess the impact of recommendations on campaign performance and client business objectives
* Define user research strategies and lead user research execution and analysis
* Contribute to office development through management participation, mentoring of junior talent on project and team level
* Be actively engaged in increasing the agency's industry profile through public speaking, judging, teaching, or other industry activities

What skills are needed to apply:

* 5+ years experience, with 3+ from an advertising agency is required
* A degree or two (a masters wouldn’t hurt)
* Solid integrated advertising and strategy experience from an advertising agency
* Tech and/or B2B client experience, a strong plus
