Product Manager to lead development and implementation of new travel-related card benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for developing new travel-related benefits that encourage card usage behavior, spend on the card and drive revenue.
* Travel industry specific knowledge with business acumen to drive new opportunities
* Identify new opportunities by documenting cardholder and issuer needs and maintaining a competitive analysis of travel enhancements
* Finalize vision, strategy, pricing and business case for new enhancement products to drive new revenue growth
* Overall product management including team communications, setting timelines, and defining key milestone
* Manage multiple project efforts, develop detailed business requirements, define project efforts, develop detailed project plans, and timelines
* Work in partnership with marketing partners on the implementation of new travel-related benefit programs
* Oversee the development process to ensure final product meets financial, operational, sales, marketing, and legal requirements
* Knowledge of supplier contracts and revenue share. May be needed to support supplier negotiations
Requirements
* B.S./B.A. (M.B.A preferred)
* 5 + years financial services experiences with the payment services industry or enhancement services/fee products
* Experience with travel suppliers to payment industry
* Relevant experience overseeing product development, product management and operations preferred
* Strong cross-functional skills with ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external partners
* Demonstrated ability to grow revenue
* Ability to work independently and balance multiple stakeholder requirements
