Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager to work for a start-up financial company in downtown San Francisco. Consultant will act in the lead role spearheading the company’s retail growth strategy from an analytical/quantitative perspective.
Responsibilities Include
Create and manage key customer acquisition channels for an online lending company, with a focus on SEO, SEM and direct mail channel launches, and lead further channel diversification.
Create a highly analytical framework to manage cost per acquisition models per channel.
Monitor conversion rates per channel, and leading initiatives to increase conversion at various stages of the acquisition funnel.
Skill Required
10+ years of experience in retail customer acquisition strategy and execution with a background in finance, i.e. credit card or personal loans.
Prior experience managing online acquisition programs (SEO and SEM).
Experience in direct mail, telesales and affiliate marketing.
Analytically-minded with a high degree of energy; results-oriented and comfortable working in an environment to help create structure.
Timing: Temp-to-Perm, 40 hrs (5 days) per week
Start: ASAP
Location: San Francisco; onsite
Hourly rate: TBD as W-2; (TBD if S-Corp/LLC)
