Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to work for a software company in San Francisco. This individual will provide analytics studies and develop market intelligence methodologies including data set requirements and specifications to support key business decisions at the global, regional and business unit levels.

Responsibilities Include
Develop actionable insights from existing datasets developed in the team.
Define dataset specifications and improvements to ensure continued value of the analytics products.
Run global analytics studies on market segment opportunity, segmentation/profiling and demand generation campaign planning requests from key global stakeholders, corporate functions, divisions or geographies.
Develop global methodologies and related training materials aimed at documenting and fostering the company marketing analytics practice.
Partner with analysts in geographies, divisions or other corporate functions to bring the necessary support, market intelligence expertise and knowledge transfer in order to scale the market intelligence practice efficiently.
Collect market intelligence best practices across the organization to feed into the company practice and ensure that locally developed analysis and data has the opportunity to be leveraged globally.
Continuously and relentlessly increase awareness of available dataset and market intelligence tools, capabilities and practices. This includes training programs, internal road shows and communication forums.
Influence analytics capability roadmap working with IT to best meet the need of the market intelligence practice.

Skills Required
MBA with a marketing related field focus, and experience at a top tier management firm.
Experience leading/managing a diverse portfolio of businesses, brands, products and customer profiles.
Statistical and operational expertise (analysis, modeling, policy, methodology, financial/business impacts, reporting).
Ability to collect, aggregate, manage and implement programs using a range of research and analysis techniques.
Skilled diplomat, organizational savvy, and high levels of confidence and maturity.
Able to effectively drive organization through change/change management using data and guiding executives and management to data-driven decisions.
Flexible and creative mind-set; comfort driving organizational and operational change through established organizations with matrixed responsibilities.
Well rounded business professional with technical acumen and a passion for creating, mining, sharing and using sound, solid and accurate marketing data. Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work in a matrix management organization.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Analytical tools including Business Objects, MS Excel, Access and other similar applications.


Timing: Temp-to-Perm, 40 hrs (5 days) per week

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Strategy Analyst/PowerPoint Expert to work for a large bank in San Francisco. Consultant will be responsible for supporting the performance metrics and targeted strategic plans for specific regions to help drive small business performance.

Responsibilities Include
Identify areas of opportunity, analyze performance data for various regions, and help build the strategic framework to improve performance.
Create visually compelling, data intensive PowerPoint presentations, including high level charts and graphs, which can be used to present to senior management.
Monitor, analyze, track and document programs and results against business goals.
Effectively collaborate with a broad scope of business partners across the organization.
May support group with marketing campaigns and communication plans if needed.

Skills Required
10+ years of experience with management consulting firm and/or strategy group within large consumer-oriented company.
Superior PowerPoint skills with the ability to distill and synthesize large amounts of information and facts into a compelling story.

Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to work for a large software company in Santa Clara. Consultant will be responsible for global marketing budget management and support processes, emarketing and business operations support.
Responsibilities Include
Assist the marketing department to track and maintain the budget for the business unit, analyzing current and future activity against quarterly and annual budget goals.
Manage and prepare weekly reporting on the global marketing budget.
Measure and analyze marketing performance, including ROI and other metrics on marketing events and activities.
Manage lead flow and other marketing processes, implementation of marketing programs in emarketing systems, operationalizing database marketing best practices, and demand generation support.
Implement marketing programs for emarketing systems.

Skills Required
